Terms of use

Fantasy Record Label is an entertainment game based on public Artist audience signals. Game budgets and Artist values are virtual: they cannot be bought, withdrawn or exchanged for money and are not financial products, forecasts or investment advice.

You must be at least 13, complete the age check honestly, provide accurate account information, keep access to your account secure and use only one account unless we approve testing access. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms alone where you live, ask a parent or guardian to review them with you. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may restrict or close accounts used to manipulate results, evade moderation or disrupt the service.

Do not automate play, exploit defects, interfere with data collection, coordinate duplicate accounts or attempt to access another person’s account. Scores may be corrected where a calculation, source-data or integrity fault produced an invalid result. Completed results will not be rewritten merely because newer Artist data later arrives.

You retain ownership of profile text and league names you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive permission to store, moderate and display that content only as needed to operate and promote the part of the service where you chose to share it. You can remove or make profile content private in Settings. Content must follow the Community Guidelines. You can report content and block another Scout from their public profile.

We may remove public content or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect players, the game or the service. We consider severity, context and prior behaviour. Where an action is attached to a report, the affected player can see the decision and submit an appeal in Settings. We may preserve limited evidence while a report or appeal remains active.

The game is in active development. We may change rules, data providers or features, but will explain material changes before they take effect where practical. External data can be delayed or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular rank or the continued availability of any Artist.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Fantasy Record Label is not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities or decisions made from virtual values or third-party audience data. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
