How FRL works with your data

Plain-language answers about artist data, virtual values, competition locks, public profiles and account controls.

The short version

FRL uses streaming audience data, currently sourced from Deezer. Values are virtual game values, not prices or predictions. Every surface should show when its data was last verified, and completed competition results are not reinterpreted when newer data arrives.

Account and privacy

Public profile information

Public label pages can show your username, label name, avatar, short description, Main League position, current public roster evidence and completed competition results. Your email address and private authentication details are not profile content.

Account security

Authentication is handled by a secure provider using email and password or Google. Passwords are not available to the FRL interface. Sign out on a shared device and never send anyone a password or authentication link.

Privacy and retention

FRL stores the profile details you provide and game activity needed for labels, Saved items, notifications and competitions. We do not use sponsored artists as undisclosed organic recommendations and do not sell your account data.

Account deletion

Deletion permanently removes your authentication account, public scout identity and linked game data. It cannot be restored. If you organise a Private League, ownership is transferred to its earliest remaining member or the empty league is archived. Review and confirm deletion in Settings.Open account Settings

Beta limitations

FRL is in Beta: artist matching, data cadence and operational tooling are still being improved. Beta does not make a stale value, failed action or privacy problem acceptable. Check timestamps, retry server actions, and report issues with enough public context to reproduce them.
