Tell us what happened, which screen you were on and what you expected. We read every message and use recurring problems to improve the game.
Before you send
Include your scout username, the artist or competition name, the approximate time and a screenshot where useful. Never send your password, one-time code or authentication link.
Safety reports
Signed-in players can report or block another scout from that scout’s public profile. Safety reports should use that route because it securely preserves the relevant account and public-content context.
Account access and deletion
If you can sign in, account controls are in Settings. If you cannot access the account, email us from the address used to register. Permanent deletion is also explained on the account deletion page.
