Friendly competition, disagreement and criticism are welcome. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, impersonation, targeted abuse and sharing another person’s private information are not.

Do not use abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, fraudulent or deliberately misleading names or descriptions. Do not use the service to spam, advertise unrelated products or direct people to unsafe material.

Use Report on a scout profile when content breaks these rules. Reports include the relevant public context and are reviewed by an administrator. Blocking hides direct social interactions with that scout without notifying them. If somebody is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than relying on an in-app report.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently delete accounts depending on severity, context and previous behaviour. Where a moderation action is recorded against your content, you can view it and submit an appeal in Settings. We preserve only the evidence needed to investigate abuse, decide an appeal and prevent repeated evasion, subject to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
